在大力推动"医养融合发展"的背景下,本文以杭州蓝庭颐老公寓为例,从其在宏观层面的开发运营模式、中观层面的建筑计划和流线组织方式、以及微观层面的空间布局和家具布置切入,分析其在"医疗"和"养老"两方面的探索、实践、以及遇到的问题,以对"医养设施"营建模式进行反思和创新。

Under the background of promoting ＂Medical- Care＂ Mode vigorously, the paper take the ianting Pension Facility in Hangzhou as the study case, penetrating from the developing and operation mode in macroscopic level, architectural program and circulation in mesoscopic level, as well as the spatial and furniture arrangement in microscopic level, analyzing the exploration, practice and problems they are facing in both aspects of ＂medical＂ and ＂pension＂ , as well as reflecting and innovating on the construction mode of ＂Medical- Care＂ .
