小城市公共空间更新诉求及影响因素探讨——以长兴县人民广场改造为例

Analysis of the demands and influencing factors in small-sized cities public space renewal——in the Changxing People Square reconstruction project for example

浙江的小城市发展在全国处于较高的水平,随着城市的扩张,人口的增加,城市化的推进,尤其是经济的飞速发展,这些城市旧区的更新进入了高峰期,市民对于公共场所的需求越来越多,大量的公共空间更新项目随之而来,包括旧城区广场,街道,公园等都进行了不同程度的翻新改造。本文以长兴县人民广场改造为例,从社会、经济、文化、可持续发展四个方面对小城市公共空间更新的诉求以及影响因素进行初步的分析和探讨。

The development of small -sized cities in Zhejiang is at a high level of China, with the expansion of the city, the increase of population, urbanization and especially the rapid economic development, the old city renewal has entered a peak period, more and more people demand for public spaces ,a lot of public space projects for updates followed, including the city square, streets, parks, which were renovated to varying degrees. In this paper, according to the Cheegxing People Square reconstruction project for example, we focus on the four aspects of the society, economy, culture,and the sustainable development,and We analyze the demands and influencing factors of the urban public space renewal
