摘要分析了高校图书馆女性馆员现状、沟通在高校图书馆女性馆员管理中的必要性,以及与女性馆员沟通应采取的策略,以期充分发挥高校图书馆女性馆员的积极性和主动性,促进高校图书馆的管理,发挥高校图书馆管理的最佳职能。
