F波在肌萎缩侧索硬化中的应用和机制探讨 被引量：8

摘要 F波最早于1950年由Magladery和McDougal[1]在足部小肌肉记录并描述,是超强电刺激神经干在M波之后的一个晚成分.Dawson和Merton发现M波和F波传导速度相同并首先提出F波是运动神经的逆行冲动兴奋脊髓前角细胞产生的回返放电.
