以痛性眼肌麻痹为表现的海绵窦区少见肿瘤四例 被引量：3

摘要 痛性眼肌麻痹是不同病因引起的,主要表现为一侧眼眶或头部疼痛、伴有同侧眼肌麻痹的临床综合征.海绵窦区肿瘤是痛性眼肌麻痹的常见病因之一,但由于病理取材困难,早期常常被误诊为Tolosa-Hunt综合征（Tolosa-Hunt syndrome,THS）.我们现报道以痛性眼肌麻痹为表现、经病理证实的海绵窦区少见肿瘤患者4例,供临床参考.
