以脊髓半切综合征为首发表现的椎动脉夹层一例 被引量：2

摘要 椎动脉夹层是中青年椎基底动脉系统缺血性卒中常见病因之一,通常以小脑脑干症状伴颈痛起病,罕见脊髓受累.到目前为止,国外报道以脊髓半切综合征为主要表现的椎动脉夹层仅有2例,本例系国内首次报道.
