摘要
以皮革加脂剂制备模拟废水,用铁炭微电解法处理,考察初始p H、反应时间、Fe/C质量比以及铁屑粒径对废水中CODCr去除率和可生化性的影响。结果表明:6种加脂剂废水在微电解反应下的最佳条件为p H值3,反应时间在40~60min之间,CODCr去除率达63%以上。BOD5/CODCr由处理前的难生化或不易生化变为可生化或易生化,铁炭微电解法可作为皮革加脂剂废水的一种有效的预处理方式。
The fatliquor was used for preparing simulated wastewater,iron- carbon micro- electrolysis process was applied to study the effects of initial p H,reaction time,Fe / C mass ratio and the size of iron on the removal rate of COD and biodegradability. The results show that six kinds of fatliquor wastewater are treated by iron- carbon micro- electrolysis,the optimum condition is p H of 3,reaction time of 40 ~ 60 min,and the COD removal rate of more than 63 %. The ratio of B / C increases from hard or unfavorable biodegradable to biodegradable or easily biodegradable. The micro- electrolysis are an efficient method to pretreat fatliquor.
