世界城市发展的周期性变化与产业体系的演进、产业升级的步伐紧密相连,城市的周期性波动是主导产业发展的周期性规律及其整个产业体系演进所导致的。基于信息化、数字化、智能化技术发展起来的现代产业体系对城市的产业发展范式、空间形态以及功能变迁等具有极为深刻的影响。中国城市目前正处于转型发展的历史阶段,应深入研究现代产业体系的发展对城市转型的影响,并从现代产业体系的视角出发认识中国城市转型的主要方向,构建符合中国城市功能的产业体系,加强互补性资产的培育和产业空间的包容性发展,深度融入全球产业价值链体系,从而推动中国城市转型发展的进程。

The periodical change of urban development in the world is closely linked to the evolution of industrial system and the industrial upgrading,and the cyclical fluctuations of cities are caused by periodic development trends of leading industries and evolution of the whole industry system. The modern industrial system with informatization,digitalization and intelligence technology has a great impact on the urban industrial development paradigm,the spatial morphology and function changes. China's cities are in the phase of transformation,therefore,it is of great importance to study the impact of modern industrial system development on the urban transformation,to recognize the main direction of China's urban transformation in perspective of modern industrial system,to establish the modern industry system meeting the needs of Chinese urban function,to enhance to cultivate the complementary assets and inclusive development of industrial space,and to deeply melt into the global value chains,so as to push forward Chinese urban transformation.
