双重战略导向、创新模式组合与企业战略转型

Dual Strategic Orientation,Innovation Model Combination and Corporate Strategic Transformation

渐进性创新与突破性创新是推动企业战略转型的两种创新模式,两种模式各有优点和局限性,坚持单一创新模式会制约企业的战略转型。两种创新模式存在内在的联系,将它们科学地组合到一起,可以让两种创新模式"各司其职,各见奇效",有力促进企业战略转型。战略导向会从根源上影响企业的创新模式选择,坚持市场导向或企业家导向的企业会分别倾向于选择渐进性创新或突破性创新。市场导向与企业家导向之间表面上看存在一定的矛盾,实质上是内在的统一,这为创新模式组合提供了支撑。

Incremental innovation and radical innovation are two innovation models for pushing forward the corporate strategic transformation. The two models have advantages and limitations respectively. Strategic transformation of enterprises may be restricted by a persistence of a single innovation model. There are internal links between the two innovation models. A scientific combination of these two models may make them 'each perform its functions,each see effect',so as to promote the strategic transformation of enterprises effectively. Fundamentally the choice of innovation models will be affected by strategic orientation. The enterprise insisting on market orientation and entrepreneur orientation will be inclined to choosing incremental innovation and breakthrough innovation. It seems that there is an apparent contradiction between market orientation and entrepreneur orientation,but essentially it is the inherent unity,which supports the combination of innovation models.
