京津冀地区市场分割与整合的时空演化

Jing-Jin-Ji Regional Market Segmentation and Integration Over Time and Space

区域经济一体化水平的测度是研究区域经济一体化进程的基础性工作。利用相对价格法对京津冀一体化程度的研究发现:在空间层面上,京津冀三省市间天津与河北省的市场化水平最高,北京与河北省的市场整合程度最低;河北省内城市间的分割程度小于与北京、天津的市场分割状况,相邻城市间的分割指数整体上要大于非相邻城市间的分割指数,秦皇岛与其他城市的市场分割最为严重。1995-2013年期间,京津冀地区市场分割程度呈现逐渐收敛的趋势。其中,京津市场一体化进程最为平稳,京冀振幅波动最大、波峰和波谷最多,津冀市场一体化进程最快。2004-2010年期间促进京津冀合作政策的成效显著,2010-2012年期间城市层面的市场一体化进程呈现出多元化的状况。

Measuring the level of regional economic integration is the very basis of the study of regional economic integration. Using the approach of relative prices in our study of the degree of Jing-Jin-Ji＇s regional integration, we find that from a spatial dimension, Tianjin and Hebei have the highest market level in the region, and Beijing and Hebei have the lowest market integration. The degree of segmentation among cities in Hebei is smaller than that between Hebei cities and Beijing or Tianjin. Generally speaking, the segmentation index between neighboring cities is bigger than nonneighboring cities. The segmentation of Qinhuangdao＇s market from other cities＇ markets is the most severe. From1995 to 2013, the degree of market segmentation in Jing-Jin-Ji Region has become lower and lower. In this period, Beijing and Tianjin＇s market integration is the most stable, Beijing and Hebei＇s market integration has witnessed great ups and downs, and Tianjin and Hebei＇s market integration is the most speedy. From 2004 to 2010, the policy to promote the cooperation among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is very effective. From 2010 to 2012, market integration at city-level has experienced a greater variety in its development.
