微学习是以新媒体为技术支持,通过微内容、微时间、微过程、微媒介、微资源而开展的学习活动,具有内容简洁性、形式多样性、载体便捷性、时间灵活性、学习趣味性、资源丰富性等基本特点。学习的泛在性、连通性、生态性和独特性是微学习的四个基本理念。学习对象、学习主体、学习载体、学习环境等是微学习生态系统的基本要素,它们之间相互联系与作用,构成一个复杂的生态层次与结构。
