业务外包在“慕课”中运用的分析

A Pilot Study on the Outsourcing in MOOC

最近几十年高校业务外包在全球范围内得到广泛的应用,国内对高校业务外包的讨论与实践也越来越多。"慕课"也是近几年发展起来的一个新鲜事物,引起了各方的热议。而且,高校业务外包在"慕课"快速发展过程中很有可能会得到广泛运用。然而,目前无论是国际还是国内学术界,对"慕课"和高校业务外包两者之间的关系却几乎没有研究。该文从高校业务外包的动机、可行性以及风险控制等角度对慕课进行了分析,认为"慕课"将促进高校业务外包在教育领域的应用,进而促进更多形式的教育机构的诞生。

In recent decades, outsourcing has been widely used in higher education on a global scale. There are more and more discussions and practices involving use of outsourcing in Chinese higher education system. MOOC, as a new thing, has also developed rapidly in recent years. Moreover, outsourcing and MOOC will promote mutually in higher education. However, there are few studies in the relationship between outsourcing and MOOC at present, whether in international or domestic academic. The paper tries to give a pilot study on the application of outsourcing in MOOC. From the analysis of motive, feasibility and risk control of outsourcing in MOOC, the paper concludes that outsourcing will provide a continuable model for MOOC. Meanwhile, MOOC will facilitate more application of outsourcing in higher education and more new forms of educational institutions will come into being
