摘要
员工感知价值是感知价值研究的新兴领域。首先,借鉴Zeithaml的感知价值定义,界定饭店员工感知价值的概念,厘清其内涵特征。其次,在理论上构建饭店员工感知价值的概念模型。采用个别访谈方法,收集25名饭店员工的一手访谈资料,运用Ethnograph6.0软件对访谈记录进行内容分析,得到51个感知价值的高频关键词,并据此编制饭店员工感知价值的测量量表题项。在文献研究与访谈的基础上,综合归纳得出感知利得的6个构成维度、感知利失的5个构成维度,构建饭店员工感知价值的概念模型。研究结论对感知价值理论的研究范畴和内容体系进行了拓展和深化。
Employee perceived value is a new emerging area in perceived value research. First, based on the perceived value concept of Zeithaml, the paper specifies the concept of hotel employee perceived value and explains its connotation. Second, it constructs the conceptual model of hotel employee perceived value. It collects the first - hand materials of 25 hotel employ- ees through interview method. Using the Ethnograph 6. 0 software to process interview materials, it gets 51 key words of employee perceived value. Based on these key words, it formulates questionnaire items of hotel employee perceived value. Based on the literature research and interview research method, it constructs the conceptual model of hotel employee per- ceived value. The concept is divides into two perspectives - perceived benefit and perceived cost perspectives. The per- ceived benefit perspective consists of 6 dimensions and the perceived cost perspective consists of 5 dimensions. The re- search results expand and deepen the research categories and content systems of the perceived value theory.
