我国科技服务业上市公司综合绩效评价

科技服务业作为第三产业中新兴的服务行业,在国民经济中扮演着重要的角色。科技服务业促进了科技创新、知识传播和技术研发,为经济社会发展提供了智力支撑。通过对科技服务业研究的回顾和对科技服务业作出相关界定,并选取我国有关科技服务业上市公司为样本,采用因子分析法评价科技服务业上市公司的综合绩效,从而判断科技服务业上市公司的竟争力状况。对科技服务业上市公司综合绩效进行评价研究也是促进科技服务业发展的重要举措。

The Science and technology service industry, as an emerging service industry of the third industry, plays an important role in the national economy. The S＆T service industry promotes the scientific and technological innovation, knowledge dissem- ination and technology research and development, and provides intellectual supports for economic and social development. Through the review of research on S＆T service industry, it makes the related definitions of technology services, chooses re- lated listed companies to evaluate the comprehensive performance of listed companies by using the factor analysis method as to judge the competitiveness of the listed company. Research on the comprehensive performance evaluation of listed compa- nies of S＆T service industry is also an important measure to promote the development of the science and technology service industry.
