“信息文明”的语义分析

A Semantic Analysis of “Information Civilization”

"信息文明"具有复杂的含义和多维的呈现。从修辞结构看,有"文明世界的信息化"与"信息世界的文明化"两个维度;从"文明"的含义看,有作为社会形态的信息文明和作为优雅行为的信息文明两个方面;从哲学的基本问题看,有作为社会存在的信息文明和作为社会意识的信息文明两个层次,或物化形态的信息文明与道德形态的信息文明两个向度。从语义上分析,信息文明总体上就是技术形态范畴和人文价值范畴的统一,是作为客观的信息化造物水平和作为主观的道德性行为规范的统一。

The term “information civilization”has complex connotations and multi-dimensional mani-festations.It includes the “informational civilized world”and the “civilized information world”in terms of rhetorical structure,the social morphology and refined behaviors in sense of “civilization”, and the social existence and social consciousness regarding the basic question of philosophy,and so on. Based on a semantic analysis,it can be found that “information civilization”is in general a unified cat-egory of technology and humanities values,as well as an integration of the obj ective information crea-tion and the subj ective norm of moral behaviors.Such a “clarification of concept”would be helpful for us to better understand the term “information civilization”.
