论当代中国道德体系的构建

On the Construction of Chinese Modern Ethical System

构建当代中国道德体系,是构建当代中国价值体系、全面深化改革、实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"的必然要求,也是克服我国当前令人堪忧的道德问题的紧迫需要。构建当代中国道德体系的现实基础是社会主义市场经济、民主政治和法治,其理论基础是马克思主义,而中国传统文化是它的历史资源。当代中国道德规范体系是一种以和谐主义为价值取向和核心内容,以共赢、公正、负责为基本原则,以爱国、敬业、诚信、友善、敬畏、永续为基本规范,以"义"、"忠"、"孝"为基本要求的道德规范体系。构建这种道德体系亟待进一步解放思想,更新道德观念,特别是破除国家是道德立法者、人民是道德守法者的观念,确立所有道德主体都既是道德立法者又是道德守法者的观念;破除道德意味着自我牺牲的观念,确立道德是有利于人更好生存的生存智慧的观念;破除个人与他人、个体与整体在价值上相互对立的观念,确立他们可以实现价值共赢的观念。

Constructing the Chinese modern ethical system is the inevitable requirement of 'China Dream' which seeks to build modern value systems, comprehensively deepen reforms and attain the great national rejuvenation. The realistic foundation for the Chinese modern moral system is socialist market economy, democratic politics and law; the theoretical foundation is Marxism and the traditional culture is its historical resources. The modern moral system is the one in which the value orientation is harmony, the basic principle is win-win, justice and responsibility; the basic regulation is patriotism, dedication, trust, integrity, friendly and veneration; and the basic moral requirement is justice, loyalty and filial piety. Constructing this system requires us to emancipate our mind, renovate our moral ideas, abolish the idea that government is the law-maker while its citizen is the law-keeper with the concept that all moral agent is both moral law-maker and law-keeper, to change the idea that morality means self-sacrifice with the concept that morality will benefit the man, and get rid of the opposition between individuals and others by means of the win-win principle.
