Regional Knowledge Innovation Value-Flow GERT Network Model

构建了区域知识创新价值流动的GERT网络模型,以此为基础,分析了各创新主体间知识创新价值的传递及增值过程,揭示了区域知识创新价值流动的内在规律;通过算例分析,测算了不同政策冲量对区域知识创新价值流动GERT网络各节点概率、知识创新价值增量、方差、创新价值增值系数等指标的作用效果。研究表明,在知识转化阶段提供政策扶持,并选择人力资本投入作为政策扶持的着力点,可以最大程度地推进区域知识创新价值流动。

A GERT network model about regional knowledge innovation value flow is constructed in this paper. On this ba- sis, the process of knowledge innovation value-flow and value-added is analyzed and the internal mechanism of regional knowledge innovation value-flow is revealed. The impacts on the node probability, added value, variance and value-added coefficient of the GERT network by different policy impulses are measured and calculated through an example. Studies have shown that the supportive policies, carried out in the knowledge transformation phase, focused on the human capital investment, can improve the flow of regional knowledge innovation value to the greatest extent.
