Releasing Private Capital to Crack Small and Micro-enterprises' "MacMillan Defect" Problem based on Symbiosis Theory

世界上99%的企业是小微企业,其发展中面临的"麦克米伦缺陷"已成为世界性难题,中国也未能逃离这个难题,中国小微企业融资难已向融资贵转变。分析了中国小微企业发展困境,就中国现行金融体系能否解决此难题进行了探讨,总结了世界各国解决此难题的经验,最后提出了基于共生理论引入民间资本破解小微企业"麦克米伦缺陷"难题的思路。

As the foundation of the national economy, Small and micro enterprises＂ development affects the economic devel- opment of a country or region, is the main driver of job creation. 990//00 of the world＇s enterprises are small and micro enter- prises, but ＂MacMillan defect＂ problem has become a worldwide problem. China does not escape this problem. The small and micro enterprises of China have been transformed to finance expensive from financing difficulties. This paper analyzes the plight of Chinese small and micro enterprise development, discusses the current financial system of China to solve this problem, summarizes the world experience to solve this puzzle. Finally, based on the symbiosis theory, this paper propo- ses to release private capital to crack small and micro enterprises＂ ＂MacMillan defect＂ problem.
