航空武器装备创新的知识治理模式及治理策略

Aviation Weapon Equipment Innovation Knowledge Governance Model and Governance Strategy

在系统分析航空武器装备创新知识特性的基础上,研究了集成创新下知识治理的内涵及模式。基于知识视角,分析了航空武器装备创新中的知识治理困境,提出了中心式、串联式、互通式和集成式4种知识治理模式,通过系统分析和比较,指出集成式知识治理能够较好解决航空武器装备集成创新困境。最后,针对我国航空武器装备创新困境给出了知识治理对策。

Based on the analysis of characteristics of aviation weapon equipment innovation knowledge, studies the integrat ed innovation under the knowledge management connotation and management model. Aviation weapon equipment innova- tion are analyzed based on the perspective of knowledge, the knowledge management, puts forward the center tandem, in teroperable and integrated type, four kinds of knowledge governance model, through the system analysis and comparison, points out that the integrated knowledge management can better solve the aviation weapon equipment integrated innova- tion. Finally, in view of Chinese aviation weapon equipment innovation knowledge management countermeasures are giv- en.
