Evaluation of China's Innovation Performance and Its Implications

基于国际比较视角,对中国及其它39个国家的创新绩效进行了比较评价。具体分析了中国创新绩效总体水平及其结构特征,认为应保持中国研发经费投入增长态势,充分发挥科技人力资源红利,加快创新成果应用和技术扩散,实现社会生产率的提高。

This paper constructs a set of innovative performance evaluation indicators, and conducted comparative evaluated china and other 39 countries＇ Innovation Performance from the perspective of international comparison. Then detailed anal- ysis the overall level of China＇s innovation performance and structural features, It stated that China should keep the present R^D expenditure growth, give full play of the science and technology human resource bonuses, accelerate the prolifera- tion and applications of technology innovations to achieve innovation-driven increase social productivity.
