摘要 目的:探讨脑梗死与超敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)的相关性及其影响因素。方法:选取2011至2012年在河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊的脑梗死患者45例作为观察组,同期健康体检者30例为对照组。采用乳胶凝集比浊法检测观察组与对照组血清中hs CRP水平。结果:观察组血清hs CRP水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中观察组血清hs CRP水平重型>中型>轻型,二者呈正相关(r=0.252,P<0.05)。结论:hs CRP可能参与动脉粥样硬化斑块及血栓的形成,在脑梗死的发生发展及预后过程中起重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of cerebral infarction and hypersensitive C-reactive protein. Methods: 45 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 health people were selected as observation group and control group respectively. The hs CRP levels were detected by latex turbid metric method. Results: The hs-CRP level of observation group was significantly higher than the control group( P 〈 0. 01). The observation group was divided into mild,moderate and severe groups. The hs CRP levels were declined from severe group to mild. The serum hs CRP level of patients with cerebral infarction was positively correlated with clinical neurological impairment( r =0. 252,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The hs CRP may take part in the formation of atherosclerotic plaque and thrombosis,as well as play an important role in the development and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
