摘要
目的:探讨肠营养管在食管癌切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取郸城县人民医院心胸外科2011年6月至2013年5月收治的260例食管癌患者,均行食管癌切除术。随机分为A组(130例)和B组(130例),A组患者放置肠营养管,B组给予全胃肠外营养支持。比较两组患者术后开始进食时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果:A组术后并发症中吻合瘘发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05),其余并发症差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组术后开始进食时间明显早于B组,住院天数明显要比B组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌切除术后应用肠营养管进行营养支持,可使吻合口瘘发生率明显降低,进食时间明显提前,并且缩短住院时间。
Objective: To study the effects of intestinal feeding tube in resection of esophageal cancer. Methods: 260 cases of esophageal cancer treated in People ’s Hospital of Dancheng from June of 2011 to May of 2013 were selected and randomly divided into group A( 130 cases) and group B( 130 cases). Group A was treated with intestinal feeding tube. Group B was given total parenteral nutrition support. The time of first feeding,length of stay,incidence of postoperative complications. Results: The incidence of anastomotic fistula in group A was lower than group B( P〈 0. 05). The incidences of other complications were not statistically different( P 〉 0. 05). The time of first feeding and the length of stay in group A was shorter than group B. Conclusion: The application of intestinal feeding tube in resection of esophageal cancer could reduced the incidence of anastomotic fistula,shorten the time of first feeding and the length of stay.
