第四方物流参与下的融通仓是现代物流发展的新模式,为众多中小型物流企业提供了全新的融资方式和发展机会。在阐述相关概念及融通仓基本运作模式的基础上,对第四方物流参与下的融通仓运行可行性、发展中面临的主要困境进行了研究,最后提出了相应对策。

The financing warehouse with the participation of the fourth party logistics is the new mode of modem logistics development, and provides novel financing mode and development opportunity to many small and medium size logistics enterprises. Based on the presentation of relevant definition and basic operation mode of financing warehouse, this paper studies the feasibility of the financing warehouse operation with the participation of the fourth logistics and the main dilemma, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
