摘要
物流成本是汽车制造企业成本控制的重要内容,也是中国汽车制造企业的短板。在阐述相关研究背景和国外汽车制造企业物流成本控制先进经验的基础上,研究了国内汽车制造企业物流成本控制中存在的主要问题,探讨了提高中国汽车制造企业物流管理水平、降低物流成本的对策建议。
The logistics cost is an important part of cost control in automobile manufacturing enterprise, and also the weakness of China＇s automobile manufacturing enterprises. Based on the presentation of relevant research background and the advanced experiences in cost control in foreign automobile enterprises, this paper studies the existing problems in cost control in domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises, and puts forwards countermeasures to increase the logistics management level and decrease the logistics cost.
