摘要
对国内外无磁钻铤制造所使用的特殊钢材料进行分析。通过对无磁钻铤材料发展历程的概括,对其成分体系和综合性能的发展规律进行了总结。对研发、工业生产和市场营销等环节进行调查。结合当前高性能无磁钻铤用高氮钢材料的发展趋势,阐述了我国发展此类材料应重点关注的合金体系设计、热加工和耐腐蚀以及力学性能指标等关键技术难题。
The presents analysis and discussion on the special steel materials for both foreign and domestic non-magnetic drilling collar (NMDC) manufacturing and application were carried out. The material evolution characteristic of the chemical designation and total properties was concluded after description about the whole NMDC development. With the consideration of the trend of high nitrogen stainless steel(HNS) for high performance NMDC, several key problems were also demonstrated, including chemical designation, hot processing, corrosion and mechanical properties criterion.
