钡铁氧体/Fe-Ni合金复合材料吸波性能研究 被引量:2

Synthesis and Microwave Absorption Properties of Barium Ferrite/Fe-Ni Alloy Composite

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Z型钡铁氧体Ba3Co2Fe24O41,真空球磨法制备Fe Ni3合金,通过真空球磨将Fe Ni3合金添加到铁氧体中,并对该复合进行退火处理。对样品电磁参数测定发现,Fe Ni3合金的添加有利于减小样品的复介电常数虚部ε',提高复磁导率虚部μ',而且退火处理可进一步提高μ'。吸波性能测试发现,Fe Ni3的添加使样品对微波的吸收量有明显提升,尤其在低频率段吸收量有近3倍的提高,而退火后样品的微波吸收量又有所提高,且整体波动幅度也有所减小。 Z type barium ferrite Ba3Co2Fe24O41 was prepared by sol-gel and FeNi3 was prepared by vacuum smelting, then, FeNi3 was appended to ferrite by vacuum smelting, the composite was annealed at last. The results show that the sample's electromagnetic parameters can reduce the imaginary parts ε″ of complex permittivity and increase the imaginary part μ″ of the complex permeability by appended FeNi3, furthermore, μ″ can be improved by annealed. It was found by the absorption test that the microwave absorption has a marked increase after appending FeNi3, expressly, at low frequency, the microwave absorption has 3 times' increase. The absorption of the composite increases again and has a narrow fluctuation range after annealing.
