工程机械用含Nb高碳钢的热处理工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对比添加Nb元素前后的高碳钢的性能,探讨Nb元素在高碳钢组织相变过程中对其组织结构和性能的影响。同时研究淬火、回火和形变热处理对工程机械用含Nb高碳钢组织性能的影响,探讨其作用机理并拟定出最佳的热处理工艺。 The effect s of Nb element on microstructure and properties of high carbon steel in the process of transformation in the microstructure were discovered through contrasting high carbon steel before and after adding Nb. At the same time, the effects of tempering, quenching and deformation heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of mechanical engineering with Nb structure of high carbon steel were studied, and its mechanism of action was explored and the best heat treatment process was developed.
