急诊烧伤患者早期护理体会

Nursing Experiences in Early Stage Treatment of Burn Patients in Medical Emergency Department

目的总结、探讨急诊烧伤患者入院前后的护理要点。方法对2013年1月-2014年3月收治的103例不同类型的烧伤患者,加强入院早期宣教、入院早期复苏护理、心理护理等各项护理力度,建立早期救治护理流程,提升护理人员专业技术水平和护理质量,以提高烧伤早期救治成功率。结果 103例患者经过积极抢救及全程治疗,除2例患者因合并严重的吸入性损伤死亡外,治愈87例,好转14例,治愈率达84.5%,创面愈合效果满意。结论规范的早期救治护理流程、专业的护理措施,能够有效降低烧伤患者并发症的发病率及死亡率,提高急诊烧伤患者的抢救成功率。

Objective To summarize and discuss key points for nursing emergency burn patients before and after admission. Methods The 103 patients with burns of variant types, admitted between January 2013 and March 2014, were given enhanced management in early education, resuscitation nursing, and mental nursing, early treatment and nursing pro.cedure was established, nurses’ professional skills and quality of care were improved to increase the success rate of early stage burn treatment. Results Among all 103 patients, 87 healed and 14 turned better, realizing a healing rate of 84.5%, and two patients died of complication of severe inhalation injuries. Conclusion Standard early treatment and nursing procedure in combination with professional nursing management could effectively reduce the morbidity of burn complications and mortality rate, increasing the success rate of rescuing emergency burn patients.
