摘要
为了探索抗菌药物的使用及细菌耐药性防控管理的机制与策略,笔者分析了近年来在抗菌药物应用和细菌耐药性防控管理方面存在的缺陷,总结出分级应用管理并不能使抗菌药物使用纳入良性循环,非同步化限制临床使用品种也无益于细菌耐药性的防控,并有悖于按病施治的原则,提出依据细菌耐药性消长规律,构建同步循环用药模式,改变细菌耐药性发展进程可能是科学应用抗菌药物,防治细菌耐药性的有效途径。
To study the use of antibacterial drugs and the strategy for prevention and control of drug resistance, the author analyzed the existing shortcomings in application of antibacterial agents and the prevention and control of bacterial drug resistance of past years, concluded that grading application and management could not lead to a positive cycle of the use of antibacterial drugs and that unsynchronized limitation over categories of drugs in clinical practice would exert no good on prevention of drug resistance of bacteria, as well as be contrary to the principle of treatment based on consideration of dis?ease conditions. The author put forth a concept to build an applicable synchronously cycled drug use model that conforms with the law of fluctuation of bacteria resistance. Changing the evolving process of drug resistance of bacteria might be an ef?fective means to scientifically apply antibacterial drugs and prevent and treat drug resistance of bacteria.
