摘要
上海交通大学于2013-2014年开展了"翻转课堂教学试点研究"。本报告为其中一个子课题的研究成果。本研究采用准实验研究设计和问卷调查法相结合的方法,探讨了"翻转课堂策略的教学效果"、"学生对翻转课堂策略的适应性和倾向性"等问题。本研究对大学物理课的两个平行班分别施以翻转课堂教学和传统讲授教学,进而对比两个班物理测试的分数。研究发现,采用翻转课堂教学的班级分数提高的幅度显著高于采用传统教学的班级,效应量为0.68。问卷调查显示,58%的学生表示"喜欢翻转课堂互动形式的教学"。
Center for Teaching and Learning Development, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, launched the " Flipped Classroom Pilot Research" during 2013-2014, with an aim to explore new teaching methods within the E- environment, thereby improving teaching quality. "College Physics" is one of the courses investigated in this study. Through a combination of quasi-experimental design and questionnaire, this study addresses topics such as "the Effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom" and "Students" Adaptability and Tendency towards the Flipped Classroom". It compares students" post-test scores to their pre-test scores between the experimental class which adopts a flipped instruction approach and the controlled one which uses traditional lecture. The result shows that the mean of students" increased scores in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the controlled group, with an effect size of 0.68. Based on the questionnaire, over 58% of students report that they really enjoy interactive teaching in the flipped classroom.
