埃博拉病毒感染的治疗策略
Therapeutic strategy of Ebola virus infection
摘要
2014年3月以来，埃博拉出血热疫情在非洲等地流行，因其较高的发病率和病死率引起了全世界高度关注，但目前尚没有美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）批准的针对该病的预防或暴露后治疗用药。由于埃博拉病毒的传播途径不完全明确，研究认为除了直接接触感染性物质，它也可能在动物间通过空气传播。
