Science and technology becomes a principal power to promote the development of economics and society. The advancement of science and technology brings revolutionary changes for cultural development. Contemporary science and technology is a significant symbol of modern social civilization. The inner mechanism and route choice of the integrated innovation of culture and sci-tech is a new way of economic development and a new conception of cultural construction. The significance of the integration between culture and sci-tech lies in integral innovation and harmonious development. Since our national integrated innovation of culture and sci-tech relatively lags behind in the overall pattern of global cultural competition,we must strengthen the collective innovation and mode innovation of science and technology in cultural field,so as to promote the adjustment and optimization of traditional cultural operation types,and promote the cultivation and advancement of newly-risen cultural operating types.
