导盲犬运动偏侧性测试方法的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的 比较三种常用的运动偏侧性测试方法的可行性及对偏侧性的影响因素,寻找适合于测定待训导盲犬运动偏侧性测试的方法.方法 采用第一步台阶测试、胶带测试和KONG测试三种方法,记录了62条犬的爪子运动偏侧性表现数据.通过方差分析,比较了使用不同测试方法时,犬的性别、品种以及去势情况对犬爪子运动偏侧性的方向和强度的影响,并对不同测试方法的优缺点进行了比较.结果 采用第一步台阶测试、胶带测试方法,在犬性别、品种以及去势对犬爪子运动偏侧性方向和强度的影响无显著差异(P>0.05);这两种测试方法之间对比,偏侧性方向无显著差异(P>0.05),但偏侧性强度间差异极显著(P<0.001);使用z-score对偏侧性强度进行分析表明,第一步台阶测试方法比胶带测试方法显示更强的偏侧性.KONG测试因操作困难,无法得到可使用检测数据.结论 犬的品种、性别及去势对其爪子运动偏侧性方向和强度无显著影响.第一步台阶测试方法在操作简便性、准确性、区分与记录明晰性等方面都优于胶带测试,是一种良好的犬运动偏侧性检测方法.
