摘要
基于组织生态学视角,国有企业可视为独特的组织种群,国有企业改革的进程直接受种群生态位变化的影响。文章运用组织生态学的生态位理论构建了制度环境变迁和国有企业组织转型关系的理论框架,然后据此对2003年以来辽宁省国企改革的路径进行探讨,并从宏观层面提出当下辽宁省国企改革的思路和对策。
Based on organizational ecology, the state-owned enterprises can be regarded as a unique "organizational population" and the reform process is directly affected by the change of "population niche". This paper uses organizational ecology niche theory to build the theory framework about the relationship between institutional environment change and state-owned enterprise organizational transformation. And based on this framework the paper discusses the reform path of Liaoning state-owned enterprise since 2003. Then it puts forward ideas and measures for them from the macro-level.
