New Theory of“Soft Power ”and Rethinking of Chinese Development——Based on Interviewing“Soft Power's Father”Joseph·Nye

摘要基于笔者对约瑟夫·奈的访谈可以发现,经过30年的反思,约瑟夫·奈的"软实力"理论有了创新性的发展。在基本理论上,约瑟夫·奈转变为受力国中心论并支持非零和游戏理论。在中国软实力发展上,约瑟夫·奈深刻分析了中国的优势与劣势并支持中美进一步合作发展。中国应该借鉴约瑟夫·奈的这些新思想和理论,反思当前文化软实力战略,逐步挖掘个人影响力,开发民间文化软实力,同时针对不同国家制定差异性发展策略,这样才能促进中国文化软实力的创新发展。 During the conversation with Joseph＇Nye, we are able to find many new ideas included in his theory. In his new proposal, he has been focusing on objective countries and emphasizing ＂Non Zero-sum Game＂ theory. In the development of China＇s soft power, Joseph＇Nye deeply analyzed China＇s advantages and disadvantages and has strongly supported cooperation between China and America. China should adopt these new theories and rethink current culture soft power strategies. By developing individual＇s influence, exploiting civil society＇s soft power, and making different policies, China＇s soft power will be improved gradually.
