摘要
文章通过对国内汉语国际教育师资培养高校的全方位、多角度的调研,结合国内外汉语国际教育师资现状,在已有研究成果的基础上,提出了"一个改制"、"两个构建"、"三个加强"的构想。即改革现有一些高校MTCSOL专业学位研究生的学制;构建汉语国际教育师资培养高校的师资队伍培养机制,构建汉语国际教育方向外国研究生的预备教育机制;加强海内外汉语国际教育师资培养联盟的建立,加强汉语国际教育师资培养模式的创新,加强现代化教学手段——MOOC运用能力的培养。
From a comprehensive perspective,this paper first gives an incisive analysis of the teacher training for international Chinese education in Chinese universities and in other countries,and then puts forward the idea of “one reform”,“two constructions”and “three improvements”,that is,the reform of the system of the existing MTCSOL (Masters of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages)in some universities,the construction of the teacher-training mechanism for MTCSOL teachers and the construction of the preparatory education mechanism for foreign MTCSOL students, and the improvements on the teachers alliance for international Chinese education at home and abroad, the MTCSOL teacher-training modes and the modern teaching technology like MOOC .
