摘要
科研团队领导力是科研团队创新能力及竞争力的决定性要素之一。本文在界定科研团队领导力内涵及基本特征的基础上,通过对41位科技创新人员的访谈,应用内容分析法对影响我国科研团队领导力的情境特征和被领导者特征进行分析,根据分析结果结合相关理论提出了科研团队领导力的7个研究假设,之后对中国科学院10个院所的102个科研团队进行了问卷调查,实证研究结果表明科研团队领导力由科技感召力、科技洞察力、科技激发力、科技助推力和科技引领力构成。
The leadership of scientific research teams is one of the most critical factors which determine the team' s innovation ca- pability and competiveness. On the basis of the concept and features of scientific research team, the paper used content analysis to induce the characteristics of situations and researchers influencing the leadership of scientific research team by interviewing 41 scientific innovators. Combining relevant theories the study proposed 7 hypotheses and investigated 102 research teams from 10 institutes in CAS by questionnaire. The results suggest that the leadership of scientific research team is composed of scientific charisma, scientific insight, scientific motivation, scientific boost and scientific leading strength.
