Comparing the Environmental Racism in America with the National Environmental Right in China

美国和中国都是多民族国家,且环境危机具有普遍性,比较中美两国民族环境权具有重要的理论和实践意义。但由于在美国相比民族而言,更多地使用种族概念,因此,本文通过比较美国环境种族主义和我国民族环境权来实现这一目的。本文发现由于美国与中国在社会、政治和法律方面都存在诸多差异,两者的宗旨不同,环境权利实现的途径也不相同。在此基础上,本文对我国民族环境权的研究与实践进行了重新审视。

Because America and China both are multi-ethnic country, and the environmental crises are universal problem, so there are important meanings of theory and practice comparing the racial environmental right in America with in china. The article tries to get its purpose by comparing the environmental racism in America with the national environmental right. The article finds its reason be the differences in society, polities and legislation. In the end, the article reviews the research and practice on national environmental right in China.
