摘要
畜牧业为主的生计方式决定了北疆草原民族"以肉为食兮酪为浆",但粮食在饮食结构中亦占有一定比重。草原诸族拥有特定的饮食观念和饮食心理。饮食文化在一定程度上影响草原诸族的民族性格并体现其生态环境保护思想。研究汉唐北疆草原民族饮食文化,有助于促进西域文化史、社会生活史乃至经济史的研究,为打造丝绸之路经济带提供文化资源。
The animal husbandry primarily hvelihood way had decided the prairie various races in the north of Tianshan "take the meat as the food and take cream as the thick liquid", but the grain also holds certain proportion in the diet structure. The prairie various races had a particular diet ideas and diet psychology. The dietary cuhure affected the national character and reflected ideas of ecological environment protection to a certain extent. It helps to promote the study of cuhural history, social life and even economic history, provide cultural resources to build the silk road economic zone to preliminarily study the diet culture of the prairie various race in the north of Tianshan during Hart and Tang Dynasties.
