基于新媒体境脉的西部民族地区教师区域教研 被引量:1

the Teachers' Regional Teaching and Research in Western Minority Areas Based on the New Media Context

摘要 基于新媒体境脉的教师区域教研因其开放性、交互性、即时性等特点得到了众多学者和教师广泛的研究与实践,并取得了丰硕的成果。然而,在西部少数民族地区新媒体境脉下的教师区域教研实践筚路蓝缕,还需从培养管理层和教师区域教研意识;搭建教师区域网络教研平台;改变教师区域教研评价机制;积极推进区域教研主题活动;培训骨干教师,引领区域教研;构建新媒体境脉中区域教研共同体;完善区域教研政策和激励制度等开展研究和实践。 The teachers' regional teaching and research in the new media context that is characteristic of openness, interactivity, instantaneity is paid extensive attention by the front-line teachers and the scholars of Educational Technology. And its related research and practice is extremely fruitful. However, the current practical situation of the teachers' regional teaching and research in the new media context isn' t going well in the western minority areas whose new media environment has been rapid improved. It needed to start from the following aspects: training managers and teachers 'awareness of regional teaching and research, building teachers' regional teaching and research platform, completing the evaluation mechanisms of teachers' regional teaching and research, actively promoting the topics of the regional teaching and research, training key teachers and leading the regional teaching and research, constructing the regional teaching and research community in new media context, improving the policy and the incentive system of the regional teaching and research and so on.
