我国少数民族地区纠纷解决方式的冲突与协调

The Conflict and Coordination of the Way to Settle the Dispute in the Minority Area of China

现今少数民数地区的纠纷的解决方式大致分为两种:一种为传统的解决方式,另一种为现代司法解决方式。然而,由于历史习惯、经济和社会等原因,两种纠纷的解决方式在现实当中常常相互冲突。将少数民族地区纠纷的解决方式加以梳理,分析其中相互冲突的各个方面的原因,并就两种纠纷解决方式提出相互协调的对策和建议。

On the minorities areas,the settlement of disputes can be divided into two kinds： one is the traditional way,the other as a modern judicial solution. However,due to historical and economic reasons,two kinds of settlement of disputes in reality are often in conflict with each other. Focuses on the dispute of minority areas solution and analysises of the causes of various conflicting aspects of the countermeasures,puts forward to resolve disputes.
