On the Implementation of Filing Management Regulations at Colleges

《规则》发布实施以来,高校档案工作者积极探讨并尝试将其运用到高校档案整理工作中。厘清高校档案实体分类的演变过程及整理方法、把握《规则》的适用范围、灵活界定"件"、探索高校档案"卷""件"并存的管理模式、将《实分法》与《规则》有机结合,是高校档案实施《规则》的基础、前提、关键、有效方法和长远目标。

Since the issue and enforcement of Filing Management Regulations in Colleges, archivists at colleges actively explore and make full use of the rules in their filing. Clarifying the change process and filing methods of filing category system at colleges, grasping the applicable scope of the regulations, flexibly defining the ＂item＂, probing into the coexistence of ＂item＂ and ＂volume＂, and closely integrating the category and regulations are the foundation, presupposition, key points and effective ways to implement the rules for filing management at colleges.
