摘要
在社会现实条件下,少数民族不仅要与时俱进,融入国际发展潮流,同时也要保持和传承民族优秀传统文化,因此少数民族担负着传承民族文明和融入社会发展潮流的双重使命。外语和民族语言学习是少数民族达成以上两项目标的重要载体,两个语种具有不同的价值方向。在资源、价值等多种因素制约下,民族地区的语言教育需要在民族语言和外语教育中进行平衡。少数民族地区的教育与经济发展基本同步,教育发展不均衡是不争的事实,民族地区民族语言教育和外语教育要做到因时、因人、因地、因势才能达到语言教育的最优价值回报。
Under the social realistic conditions the national minority not only need to keep pace with the times, and get into the international development trend but also need to maintain and inherit the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minority. Therefore, the ethnic minority shoulders the dual mission of inheriting the national culture and integrating into the trend of social development. Learning a foreign language and an ethnologic language is an important mission for the ethnic minority to reach the above mentioned objectives and these two languages have the different value directions. Restricted by resources value and other factors, the ethnologic language education and the foreign language education in minority areas need to keep a balance. The education in ethnic minority areas basically synchronizes with the economic development but there is the indisputable fact that the development of education is unbalanced. Based on the value perspective, this essay points out the view that the ethnologic language education and the foreign language education in minority areas should be carried out with reasonably planned teaching time, with suitable teaching material for different learning objects, with reasonable language courses in different areas and with flexible language teaching methods and then the optimal value of language education in return can be achieved in this situation.
