少数民族与汉族大学生就业价值取向比较研究

Comparative Research on Ethnic Minority and Han Nationality College Students' Employment Value Orientation

以贵阳医学院为例,采用问卷调查、个别访谈的方法,对少数民族与汉族本科及专科大学生就业价值取向进行比较研究,调查发现,当代大学生的就业价值观存在着积极和消极两方面。少数民族大学生的择业价值取向呈现出更加务实化特点,对此有针对性地加强大学生思想政治教育、就业创业指导和帮扶,引导大学生树立正确的择业观和就业观。

Purpose： This paper makes a comparative research on the employment value orientation of ethnic minority and Hart nationality students in Guiyang Medical University. Methods： Questionnaire, individual interviews are used in the study. Results： The employment value of contemporary college students shows both positive and negative aspects. Minority college students present a more pragmatic-oriented feature in career choosing. Conclusion： College students should be targeted to strengthen ideological and political education, improve employment and entrepreneurship assistance and be guided to establish a correct concept of career and employment outlook.
