摘要
少数民族发展既是社会发展的重要内容,也是民族问题的核心。国内外民族发展的历史经验表明:凡是人力资源开发充分的地区,发展就更快、发达程度更高,也就是说,少数民族的发展归根结底需要少数民族人力资源的发展。本文通过对少数民族地区人才结构失衡、高端人才缺乏等现实问题进行原因分析,就民族地区如何加强人力资源开发提出了建议。
The important content of social development as well as the development of minority nationality,but also the core of the problem.The development experience of foreign national domestic shows:area usually sufficient human resources development,the development of faster,more developed than,that is to say,the development of ethnic minority in the final analysis needs of human resources.This paper analyzes the reasons of minority talent structural imbalance,lack of high-end talent and other practical problems,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to human resource development.
