民族地区法治评估的价值与实现进路

The Value and Approch of the Assessment of the Rule of Law in Ethnic Minority Areas

法治评估在中国各地开展得如火如荼。民族地区法治评估是法治中国的必然选择,也是法治地方化建设的现实要求。但是,民族地区法治评估仍面临缺乏地方性知识建构、行之有效的评估方法与技术和科学严谨的监督管理机制等问题。民族法治评估的实现进路在于树立科学的法治评估观念、挖掘民族性地方法治资源、拓展定性方法的适用范围以及积极推进各民族成员的参与。

The assessment of the rule of law is in full swing in many areas of China.It is the inevitable choice to conduct the assessment of the rule of law in ethnic minority areas. How-ever,there still exist many problems in the practice of the assessment of the rule of law in ethnic minority areas. The approch to achieve the assessment of the rule of law in ethnic minority areas is to establish an scientific notion of assessment of the rule of law,exploit localised law resources,expand the scope of qualitative methods,and promote the participation of members of all ethnic groups.
