少数民族地区文化产业投融资困境与对策研究

The Study on Investment and Financing's Dilemma of Cultural Industry in National Regions

在全球经济一体化的进程中,为赢得经济发展和国际竞争的主动,各国将发展文化产业放到了重要的战略高度。而我国在发展文化产业的过程中,由于少数民族地区文化产业发展的滞后,影响了文化产业整体水平的提高。通过分析民族地区文化产业投融资的困境,认为民族地区需要转变思路,改变发展模式,同时还需要政府、企业、金融机构和中介组织共同营造良好的金融生态环境,才能突破制约民族地区文化产业发展的瓶颈。

As the global economy is integrating,many countries put the development of cultural industry in the important strategic height for the purpose of economic development and initiative in the international competition. In terms of our country＇s cultural industry,the improvement of its overall level is dragged by national regions for their lagged development of cultural industry. Through the study on investment and financing＇s plight of cultural industry in national regions,some conclusions are gained that： In order to break through the bottleneck,the cultural industry in national region need to transform ideas,change the mode of development. Furthermore, the government, enterprises,financial institutions and intermediary organizations also need to cooperate with each other to create good financial ecological environment.
