摘要
社会转型背景下新生代农民工市民化面临众多障碍,研究其情绪、心理压力,无论对个体、企业和社会都具有重要意义。本文对江苏常州2家加工贸易电子企业263名新生代农民工进行问卷调查,在问卷信度和效度分析基础上,采用多元回归方法对研究假设进行检验。结果表明:农民工情绪弹性对感知心理压力具有预测作用,情绪弹性越高,感知心理压力越低;主动性人格水平高的农民工其情绪弹性水平也较高,其感知心理压力则较低;情绪弹性与感知心理压力之间的关系受到主动性人格的增强型调节作用。进而提出根据情绪弹性能力不同适度设计工作压力、培育员工积极主动的生活和工作方式两个间接降低农民工感知心理压力的途径。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on 263 new generation migrant workers in two electronic enterprises of processing trade in Changzhou,Jiangsu.The thesis uses multivariate regression methods to test the research hypothesis based on the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis.The results suggest that migrant workers’ emotional resilience has predictive effects on the perceived psychological pressure. The higher the e?motional elasticity is,the lower the perceived psychological psychological pressure is.The migrant workers with high-level proactive personality have high-level emotional resilience but low-level perception of psychological pressure.The proactive personality has enhanced moderating effects on the relationship between emotional resil?ience and perceived psychological pressure.Then two ways are proposed to indirectly reduce the migrant work?ers’ perceived psychological pressure:Setting moderate working pressure and cultivating the workers ’ active ways of living and working according to different emotional resilience abilities.
