摘要
文章面向南京老山林场森林防火的适应性管理需求,设计并开发了一个森林防火智能化综合管理系统软件。这一软件集地理信息系统(GIS)、遥感、传感器网络等技术,可以协助各级森林防火管理部门实现:火灾的监控、火险等级预报、火灾的扑救指挥、防火过程的管理等功能。
In this paper, the paper proposed an "Intelligent and Integrated Management Information System for For- est Fire". It is fundamenrally different from relevant existing forest fire Management Information System (or MIS), e. g., Virtual Fire, AHP, WFDSS, Firementor and EFFIS et al., for the fully support for the whole forest fire manage- ment activities. The proposed system adopts adaptive management and the techniques of Geographic Information System (or GIS), remote sensing, sensor network, et al. so as to provide the following functions for Nanjing Laoshan Forsetry, China: (1) forest fire monitoring, (2) fire danger ratings forecasting, (3) fire's fighting management and (4) process management for forest fire prevention, etc. We also deploy this system in Laoshan Forestry to validate the effectiveness of the system and it is working well.
