“边塞”与“旗员”:清代陕甘总督迁进路径考论

A Study on the Promotion Channel of the Viceroy of Shan-Gan in the Qing Dynasty

督抚制度是清代文官制度的重要组成部分,督抚作为文官,行省总督的迁进路径必然符合文官迁进路径规律的一般特点,总督群体在向上流动的过程中,与文官制度下的官僚系统中的其它群体一样,经历相同或相似的迁进路径。但是,陕甘总督的满洲缺又决定了陕甘总督群体迁进路径具有鲜明的个性特征,在遵循文官迁进路径一般性的同时,体现出旗人迁进路径的特殊性,笔帖式和侍卫为主要进身路径和文武易途而进成为陕甘总督群体迁进路径的主要特点。

Viceroy system was the important components of civil official system of the Qing Dynasty. Viceroy was the civil official,its promotion channel must accord with the common characteristic of other systematic Viceroys.But comparing with other systematic Viceroys ,Shan-gan Viceroy had its own uique characteristic,its candidate must be Man-zhou ethic.Concequently,the promotion channel of Shan-gan Viceroy both accord with the com- mon characteristic of other systematic Viceroys and had its uique feature.
